Find Your Size
It can be confusing to understand what size is best when it comes to jewellery. As with clothes and shoes, the fit of your jewellery is important.
We’re here to help clear things up. This guide will help you understand different bracelet and necklace lengths, as well as how to find your perfect fit of rings.
Necklaces
Typically, finding the perfect fit for necklaces aren’t absolutely crucial, but when you’re wanting to layer necklaces of different lengths, it becomes more of a priority to understand exactly how a necklace might fall on the neck. Below, you can find a necklace size chart exhibiting average sizing for each necklace length.
Bracelets
As with necklaces, bracelets are styled in different lengths, however you never want a bracelet to be too short to clasp, or too long to stay on.
To determine which size is best for you, follow these simple steps:
Use a string to wrap around your wrist at your desired tightness or looseness of the bracelet
Note where the string overlaps (eg. use a marker to draw a line)
Lay the string flat and measure its length using a ruler or measuring tape.
Use this measurement to either choose a bracelet with a corresponding length to your string, or identify how a bracelet you love will hang on your wrist.
Rings
Rings are, without a doubt, the most difficult piece of jewellery to find a perfect size. We aim to provide adjustable rings to make the buying process easier for you, but in the case of our non-adjustable rings, we have a couple ways to help you determine your desired ring size without the help of a jeweller.
Measuring an existing ring:
If you have a ring you love that fits you perfectly, you can determine its size by measuring the diameter of the inner circle of the ring.
Find a ring that fits your desired finger.
Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).
Use our chart to find the corresponding ring size to your measurement.
Measuring your finger:
No ring? No problem. You can measure the circumference of the finger you’d like to put the ring on.
Wrap a strip of paper around your finger. Pull it snug to get the most accurate fit — tighter is better.
Where the paper overlaps, mark with a pen.
Unwrap the paper and measure up to your marking with a ruler on a flat surface.
Use the chart below to determine your size.
