Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Canada + United States
No, you will not have to pay additional duties and taxes.United Kingdom
Packages shipped to the UK include VAT + duties on orders over $100 CAD. You will not have to pay additional costs upon delivery.Australia
Packages shipped to Australia include duties + taxes on orders over $100 CAD. You will not have to pay additional costs upon delivery.Other International Shipments
There may be duties + taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Caldwell + Co. does not have any control over these fees and, as they vary by country, we cannot advise as to what the costs will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.**Please note that during covid, there may be unforeseeable delays in shipping times.**

Caldwell + Co. aims to ship orders within 3 business days, however, in an influx of orders, please note it may take up to 5 business days.

Due to the limited quantity of items, we, unfortunately, do not offer refunds or accept returns. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing. All items are carefully inspected before being sold.
In the rare case an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for an exchange. If the item is out of stock, an online store credit will be issued.
Kindly note that we are not held responsible for lost packages. Once a package is mailed out, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. In the event your item is lost or stolen, please contact your postal carrier immediately. If there is no resolution with your postal carrier, please contact us.
If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us within an hour so corrections can be made before shipping your package.
Shipping returned items
To return your product (if approved), you will be provided the return address over email. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility - please purchase a shipping label with the carrier of your choice. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that lost packages are not Caldwell + Co.’s responsibility.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you might want to consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the product will reach us successfully.

For 60-days from the date of delivery, we’ll take responsibility for your product if any damage to the material or workmanship of the jewellery occurs.
The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or other damage that comes with normal wear and tear (eg. a bent earring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Caldwell + Co.
For all warranty claims, please email us here. The warranty claim must be initiated within 60 days of delivery and photos must be included of damage.
Please treat your jewellery with care. It is handmade and some pieces are very delicate. No fine or demi-fine jewellery should be subject to rough handling or chemicals that may cause damage to the material.
